How do I determine my correct size for NBDN jeans?
We recommend measuring your favorite pair of jeans using the 'flat lay' method and comparing those measurements to our specific size chart located on each product page. Since we use unsanforized and sanforized denim, please check if the specific model is expected to shrink.
What is the difference between Selvedge and non-Selvedge denim?
Selvedge denim is woven on traditional shuttle looms, resulting in a self-finished edge that prevents unraveling. It is generally denser, more durable, and features the iconic 'ID' ticker on the outseam, whereas non-selvedge is mass-produced on projectile looms.
How should I wash my raw denim for the first time?
To preserve the indigo and achieve high-contrast fades, we recommend avoiding a wash for the first 6 months. When necessary, hand wash in cold water with a small amount of mild detergent, and always hang dry. Avoid the dryer at all costs.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we ship worldwide via DHL Express and FedEx. Shipping costs and delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your destination. Please note that customers are responsible for any local customs duties or taxes.
What is your return and exchange policy?
We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of delivery, provided the items are in original, unworn condition with all tags attached. Please note that hemmed or customized jeans are final sale and cannot be returned.
Can I request a custom chainstitch hemming service?
Yes, we offer complimentary chainstitch hemming using our vintage Union Special machines for all new purchases. Simply specify your desired inseam length in the order notes, but remember that hemmed items are non-returnable.
