Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Pack Your Denim
Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all labels, leather patches, and hardware are protected to avoid damage during transit.
Ship the Package
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location; please retain your tracking receipt for reference.
Inspection and Refund
Once our artisans inspect the returned goods for quality assurance, we will process your refund or ship your new exchange size within 5-7 business days.
